Just think of us as your colleagues.

At Blue Projects the team is the boss (after you).

You'll undoubtedly be familiar with how things always go with events: after months of preparations everything can become a bit tense right at the very last minute. At times like this you'll be even more appreciative of the complete harmony exhibited by the Blue Projects team. Our ability to think of solutions in all circumstances (and at all times) is entirely due to our philosophy - a philosophy based on effort, responsibility, initiative, and individual quality. Agreed, a team of this nature is possible only with good and pleasant people. We're pleased to introduce them to you.

Johan Jonker

General Director

Johan Jonker the founder, owner and inspirator always seeks the click between clients and colleagues. "Otherwise it's never going to work", according to Johan. He excels in delegating, but is poor in passing the buck. That's also the reason why in the years since 1994 he has switched off his mobile only when he changes to a new model. Johan is of the opinion that a good espresso machine is the most important piece of equipment. In view of the agency's steady growth he always likes to talk to colleagues who can introduce something new and inspiring.

Lonneke Mouw

Financial Director

Lonneke Mouw together with Johan and Marietje, is a member of the management team. Lonneke is responsible for the administrative organization and HRM. Lonneke began in the travel sector, when she worked with companies including D-Reizen (Head of Sales Support) and China Airlines (Sales). Blue Projects enables Lonneke to combine her love for figures with her interest in the 'person' behind the colleague.

Marietje de Savornin Lohman

Event Director

Marietje de Savornin Lohman is the third member of the management team. Marietje discovered the events sector during a traineeship for her Marketing Communications course (Utrecht). Marietje now travels all over Europe for Blue Projects, with Barcelona as her favourite destination. Since Marietje is enthusiastic and very thorough she was the logical candidate for the task of setting up the new offices in Munich.

Liselotte

Account Manager

Liselotte van Dop finished her study Communications in 2005. After having worked as marketing researcher, project manager and event manager, Liselotte wanted to focus on organizing events. The function of account manager at Blue Projects gave her the perfect opportunity to further explore this line of business. In her spare time, Liselotte plays hockey and attempts to go running twice a week, which mostly comes down to twice a month. She likes to go to the cinema, out for dinner, to concerts or stay at home with friends. Furthermore, Liselotte loves travelling, city trips and winter sports.
Bartjan

Account Manager

Bartjan van Langeveld studied “Business Studies”, with a minor in Marketing Management in Utrecht. At Blue Projects he started as a trainee and now holds the position of Account Manager. He is responsible for our key-account, Adobe Systems Benelux. His work experience involves amongst others both organizing events and exhibitions as well as general marketing. Bartjan loves ski-ing, travelling and getting together with friends and family.

Simone Hoogendoorn

Bookkeeper

Simone Hoogendoorn Simone Hoogendoorn successfully completed her intermediary professional education at the Haarlem Business School. Over the past 12 years she gained experience in a stand and interior building company, where she was responsible for the entire financial administration. On 1 September 2008 Simone joined us as our finance officer, accepting the challenge of making Blue Building successful and reinforcing the Blue Projects team. In her free time, she likes to play tennis and regularly goes to the theatre with friends.

Manuela Schamberger

Account Manager

Manuela Schamberger after her studies of tourism she worked at a major German events agency (PCO) for four years. Manuela then decided it was time for a challenge. The idea of carrying out pioneering work in a small organization appealed to her, and this resulted in Manuela becoming the first member of the Munich office. Manuela will ultimately bear the responsibility for all German clients. If you'd like to send her a message, then please try to use your best German!

Marta

Project Support

Marta Blazquezis our Spanish colleague in Munich. She has graduated from three different European universities: Northumbria (Newcastle upon Tyne), Passau (Germany) and Granada (Spain) where she has studied Translation and Interpreting, Business Studies and Law & Economics. She has already worked as a Project Manager in a translation agency but she wants to get to know the events world better. At Blue Projects Marta will combine her passion for organization with the one for languages.
