BLUE PROJECTS designed and managed the overall organization and communication with all third parties (location search, technical coordination during the event, registration process, catering, partner assistance, side events coordination).
Furthermore, BLUE PROJECTS worked as a specialist consultant for the whole Drupal team and delivered the project within budget.

OBJECTIVES
- The Drupal Association wanted to strengthen the Drupal Community. During DrupalCon attendees work on and present new features of Drupal to other Drupal users, developers, designers and decision makers.
- DrupalCon is the place where intensive code sprints can be made for further development of the Drupal technology.
