TION 2010, the community event

Video2Brain is a company focused on producing high quality video training content for software, photography and programming topics (Online and on DVDs). Calvin Hollywood, a very talented and popular photo artist organized this event in cooperation with Gerhard Koren (founder of Video2Brain) and Blue Projects. They had the brilliant idea of creating an event where educated professionals sit together with ambitioned beginners to share interesting knowledge about the products.

The conference topics were mainly based on image editing with Photoshop and photography. The feedback coming from the guests was incredibly positive thanks to the perfect mixture of nice, experienced and humorous presenters and the interested and open-minded audience. Some highlights of the event were the live photo shooting, the possibility to talk to the presenters, the prize draws or the evening event, which was a great networking opportunity for the community.

The sessions took place in the E-werk, Cologne, with more than 350 participants. The team atmosphere was also very warm and everybody had a good time working together and learning at the event.

Blue Projects was responsible for the registration service and took care of organizing location, coordinating the technical equipment on site and service on site. Thanks to the flexibility of Blue Projects it was possible to create a whole new ticket system after request, even short time before the event, to get a good structure into the event process.
